By default, products are sourced after a product order is placed, in some cases the product is readily available and ready to ship.

In some cases, product is available in overseas location, and total price would change - the product replacement will be offered to you.

You may place an unpaid order (with manual payment method) or send your order via Whatsapp, to first secure an item and then fpay when availability is confirmed.

As per supplier policy, all product sales are final.

No exchange or refunds will be possible after a product is sourced.
